Our Company provides a flat rate, known as the \u201cBasic Airport Transfer\u201d rate for airport pickups and drop-offs servicing most major airports. The Basic Airport Transfer rate is based upon a pickup and drop-off without any associated delay or waiting time exceeding our wait time allowance. Your reserved vehicle is dispatched according to the flight\u2019s estimated time of arrival as provided to the company by each respective airline\u2019s automated system (Company is not responsible for any delays caused by the airline\u2019s automated system or otherwise). Billing shall revert to the Company\u2019s prevailing hourly rate, in the event the client is delayed, or the waiting time is exceeded, beyond the allowed wait time.<\/p>\n
Rides are billed to the customer\u2019s credit card or corporate account numbers, or they can pay on COD depending on prior arrangement. TransGates Limousine accepts the following cards: American Express, Discover Card, Visa, and MasterCard.<\/p>\n
Our company agrees to furnish passenger fully equipped vehicles and driver to accommodate the itinerary for the sum of dollars stated above. All parking fees and or tolls along with drivers\u2019 gratuities are to be furnished by client (unless otherwise stated in the note section) of the reservation. The driver is only authorized to perform duties specified in the charter order. Any changes to the itinerary will incur additional charge and payment is due before service is performed.
\nThe liability of the company is limited to transportation only and will exclude all losses due to delays in transit, interruption or termination of trip due to weather, mechanical breakdown, acts of God or any other reasons beyond the control of the carrier. The carrier will not be liable for items left behind on the vehicles or any other damage\/ loss of luggage due to the transfer.<\/p>\n
Remember our airport pickup prices are inclusive of Waiting Time and Car Parking Fees for 30 minutes from Landing for domestic flights, and 60 minutes for international flights.<\/p>\n
A 20% gratuity will be billed to all rides.<\/p>\n
